GOODY FOODY BALLS WITH ROASTED BEET AND BEET PUREE

GOODY FOODY balls with roasted beets and beet puree. We used Goody Foody Vegan burger for the preparation.

Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Prepare the beet puree as follows: fry the sliced ​​beets vigorously in oil, salt, season, pour hot water and simmer briefly. However, not until complete boiling. Boil potatoes and carrots in salted water. We strain everything and mix it into a soft and tasty paste.
  • 2.Cut the red and white peppers into thicker slices. Cut 1 plate of red pepper into coarser noodles and set aside. Fry a little red onion in oil, add finely chopped peppers, chilli, season and lightly fry until the beautiful vegetable aroma is released. Set aside the mixture, let it cool a little, combine it with Goody Foody with a dark burger and form small balls.
  • 3.Heat olive oil in a pan, push the whole garlic with the skin with a knife, put red beets, baby carrots and prepared balls cut into quarters. Bake together until the beets soften a little. Add the red pepper noodles, bake together briefly. Serve warm with pieces of fresh figs or pomegranate grains.

  • Baby carrots 4 pcs (or 2 younger carrots)
