Ordering goods on our online shop is very easy. However, to be on the safe side, we have prepared a simple guide how to shop correctly and without any complications.

Choosing the products:

  • If you already know exactly which products you want to buy, we recommend using the search bar at the top of the page. Just enter the product name and click the “SEARCH” button. When you type a product name, the search bar automatically provides the products that might be related to the text you’re typing.
  • If you do not have a product selected yet and you just want to browse and decide on one, first select the category in which the product is located at the top of the page. Then choose the product you are interested in.

Add goods to cart:

  • PLEASE NOTE! – currently we are only able to offer delivery of ambient goods. In case you’re interested in large quantities, please get in touch with us by email
  • If you have already selected, press the “ADD TO CART” button for that product. The products are automatically added to the shopping cart and a window is displayed with information about the products, their quantities and subtotal value of the cart. Here you can decide whether you go to the cart and complete the order, or add more goods to your cart.
  • If you already want to go to the shopping cart and complete the order, click on the VIEW CART button.
  • Click the SHOPPING CART button to continue “BACK TO SHOP”. After adding all of the desired products to the cart, click on the SHOW CART button.

Change carts’ contents:

  • If you are not yet in the shopping cart and want to view its contents and complete the order, use the button with the “CART” icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  • You can clearly see a list of goods you want to buy displayed in the cart. You can also change the quantities in the window with the number of pieces, or delete the product completely from the cart with the cross icon.
  • If you do not need to change anything and want to continue, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button.

Shipping and payment:

  • Choose the mode of transport that suits you best. You can pick up the goods in person at our store, or you can have it delivered by one of our transport companies.
  • Personal picking-up of the goods in the ALFA SORTI store is free of charge.
  • Choose the payment method that suits you best. You can pay for the order e.g. cash upon delivery (only available in Slovakia), bank transfer, or upon pick up at the store. It’s possible to pay by cash or card at the store.

Delivery data:

  • In this step you will be filling in your contact details, necessary for order processing and informing you of its status.
  • If you’ve previously shopped on our website you had the option of registering. In case you chose to create an account, you can log in now. A login window will appear in which you will enter your e-mail address as your username and password and click on “LOG IN”. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking “LOST PASSWORD”. Enter your e-mail, used upon registration and click on the button “RESET PASSWORD”. You will receive an email with a new password and instructions on how to use it.
  • If you want to have the goods delivered to an address other than the invoicing one, mark “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” and fill in the address to which you want the goods to be delivered to.
  • If you are buying goods for a company, add the required company details: company name, ID number, VAT number.
  • At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the “ORDER NOTES” box for additional information.
  • If you have already filled everything in, click on the “PLACE ORDER” button.

Order confirmation:

  • As soon as our system records the new order, it will send you an automatic e-mail confirming that we have registered your order. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, first check your spam folder, if it isn’t there either, please contact us at +421 45 533 17 06 and confirm with our staff that we have registered your order.
  • After the order is processed by our team, we will send you an e-mail confirming the deliverability of the goods. If  we aren’t able to deliver the order for any reason, you will be informed immediately by phone or e-mail.

Invitation to subscribe

  • If you chose the option of personal pick-up at our store, once our team prepares your order for pick-up, you will be you will be informed. If you have not yet received such notice, then your goods are not available yet.
