GOODY FOODY vegetable medallions with homemade hummus and salad. We used Goody Foody vegetable medallions for the preparation.

Goody Foody medallions with vegetables 150g Goody Foody frozen medallions with vegetables 400g

Instructions for preparing

  • 1.Put all the ingredients except olive oil in a blender and mix. Finally, add oil while mixing. If the hummus is too thick, add a little more water while mixing. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.Roast Goody Foody vegetable medallions for 2 minutes on each side with a drop of oil in a pan. Serve with vegetable salad.
