Goody Foody beef steak with carrot sauce

Goody Foody beef steak with carrot sauce. Prepared from Goody Foody beef style steak.

1.We clean the carrots and grate them on a coarser grater, cut the onion into cubes.
2.Fry onions in 3 tbsp of oil.
3.Sprinkle with ground red pepper and add the carrots. Mix well.
4.Pour water and cover the pot. Stew for about 5 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
5.Set aside the carrot mixture, let it cool slightly. We mix it smoothly with an immersion mixer.
6.Add cream to the mixed carrots, mix well, return to the stove and overheat together. Season the sauce.
7.Fry Goody Foody in oil on both sides.
8.Serve with boiled potatoes and strained carrot sauce.
