	ROASTING
		Roast and use with ready-made side dishes in mixed meals (e.g. risotto)
		Maximum 2 minutes
		To emphasize the taste, we recommend toasting 1.5 minutes on each side. Can be served with any sauce or added to the finished broth

BAKING AND FILLING
	Cook or fry in oil along with vegetables
	Cooking time 45 seconds to 1 minute
	Add toasted or unprepared to any product and bake

	COOKING AND SAUCES
		Cook or roast with vegetables as a meat substitute
		Maximum 5 minutes
		Can be added to soup or sauce

BAKING AND FILLING
	Raw or lightly fried to be used as a filling for pasta and pastries
	Depends on the cooking time of the other ingredients

Basic instructions for preparation	gyros:	Heat in a microwave for about 2 minutes at 700W.
		Roast in an oil pan for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
	red mince:	Fry in a small amount of oil for about 5 minutes.

Store at a temperature from + 2°C to + 4°C. Packed in a protective atmosphere.

Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

The stated use-by date can only be maintained for continuous storage up to + 4°C. We recommend immediate consumption if storage in the cold is interrupted (eg when the vehicle is not refrigerated or when stored in a refrigerator at a temperature above + 4°C).

Uncooked product. Before consumption, make sure that the chosen heat treatment has ensured sufficient baking / boiling of the entire volume of the product.
