Ordering goods in our online store is very easy. However, to be on the safe side, we have prepared a simple guide on how to buy correctly and without any problems.
- If you already know exactly which goods you want to buy, we recommend using the search at the top of the page. Just enter the product name and click the SEARCH button. When you type a product name, the search box automatically tells you the products that might be related to the text you’re typing.
- If you do not have a product selected yet and you just want to decide on one, first select the category in which the product is located at the top of the page. Then choose the product you are interested in.
Put goods into the basket:
- If you have already selected, press the ADD TO CART button for that product. The goods are automatically added to the shopping cart and a window is displayed with information on which goods and at what price you are ready to buy. Here you can decide whether you go to the basket and complete the order, or add more goods to the basket.
- If you already want to go to the shopping cart and complete the order, click on the SHOW CART button.
- Click the SP button to continue shoppingBACK TO SHOP, or you can also use the cross in the right corner of the info window. After adding all the other things to the cart, click on the SHOW CART button.
Change cart contents:
- If you are not yet in the shopping cart and want to view its contents and complete the order, use the button with the CARTicon in the upper right corner of the page.
- In the basket you can see a clearly displayed list of goods you want to buy. You can also change its quantity in the window with the number of pieces, or delete the product completely from the basket with the cross icon.
- If you do not need to change anything and want to continue, click the CONTINUE TRANSPORT AND PAYMENT button.
Shipping and payment:
- Choose the mode of transport that suits you best. You can pick up the goods in person at our store, or you can have it delivered by one of our transport companies.
- Personal collection of the goods in the ALFA SORTI store is free of charge.
- Choose the payment method that suits you best. You can pay for the order e.g. cash on delivery, payment in advance to the account or only at personal collection at the branch. At the branch, you can pay for the goods in cash or by credit card.
- In this step, it is necessary to fill in your name, surname, address, e-mail and telephone number, to which we will inform you about the status of the order. Fields marked with * are required and necessary to complete the order.
- If you have ever shopped with us, you can log in directly to your account. A login window will appear in which you will enter your e-mail as your username and password and click on“LOG IN”. If you have forgotten your password, you can have it sent to you by e-mail. Click the Reset Password button. Then just enter your e-mail, which you used during registration and click on the button “RESET PASSWORD”. You will receive an email with a new password and instructions on how to use it.
- If you want to deliver the goods to an address other than the invoicing one, mark “I want to deliver the goods to another address” and fill in the address to which you want the goods to be sent.
- If you are buying goods for a company, mark “I am buying these goods for a company” and fill in the necessary company information such as Company name, ID number, VAT number.
- At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the “Order Note” box for additional information.
- If you have already filled everything in, click on the “CONTINUE TO SUMMARY THE ORDER” button.
Summary of the order:
- This page is intended for the overall control of the order. Here you can see all the goods you want to order, the selected shipping, billing and delivery address and the final price with VAT.
- If you find an error in your report, click ‘Back to Delivery Address’ and correct the error. After repair, return to the “ORDER SUMMARY” section of the cart again.
- If everything is in order, click on the “Mandatory order with payment obligation” button, the order will be sent, and information will be displayed that your order has been successfully sent.
- As soon as our system records the receipt of the order, it will send you an automatic e-mail that we have received your order into the system in order. If you do not receive this notification within 24 hours, first check your spam folder, if you do not find the e-mail there, contact us at +421 45 533 17 06. Here, check with our staff to see if we record your order.
- After processing the order by our merchants, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message that we are confirming your order and that we are able to deliver the goods. If it is not possible to deliver the order for any reason, you will be informed immediately by phone or e-mail.
Invitation to subscribe
- If you have chosen personal collection at our store, after the preparation of your order by our employees, you will be informed immediately by a notice. If you have not yet received this notice, then your goods are not yet available at the store.
