COOKING
Cook in any product (broth, water, etc.)
Maximum 2 minutes
To emphasize the taste, we recommend toasting 1.5 minutes on each side. Can be served with any serve or add to the finished broth
BAKING AND GRILLING
Fry in hot oil with the temperature of 160°C -180°C on each side until golden brown
Cooking time from 45 seconds to 1 minute
Add to the stewed vegetables at least one minute before cooking
STEAMING
Steam together with fresh vegetables and serve on top of vegetable plates
Maximum 3 minutes
COATING AND FRYING
Coat as desired in any coating or fry without coating
Fry until golden brown, maximum 1 minute
Basic instructions for preparation chilled: Heat in a microwave for about 1 minute at 700W.
Toast in an oil pan for 30 seconds on each side.

Ingredients: water, vegetable protein 30% (wheat, soy), vegetable mixture in various proportions / corn, peas, capers /, onions, oatmeal, sunflower oil, pea fiber, stabilizer methylcellulose, rapeseed oil, yeast extract, edible salt: natural aroma, dextrose, ginger; black pepper

Store at a temperature from + 2°C to + 6°C. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
