 PREPARATION EASY AND FUN

	ROASTING
		Roast or steam together with fresh vegetables and serve on top of vegetable plates
		Maximum 2 minutes
		Can be shaped into meatballs, pancakes or burgers

FILLING AND BAKING
	Cook or fry in oil along with vegetables
	Cooking time from 45 seconds to 1 minute
	Add fried or unprepared to any product and bake

	COOKING AND SAUCES
		Roast or cook with vegetables as a meat substitute
		Maximum 5 minutes
		Can be added to soup or sauce

BAKING
	Raw or lightly fried to be used as a filling for pasta or pastry
	Depends on the cooking time of the other ingredients
	Can be used by itself or as a side dish with roasted vegetables

Basic instructions for preparation	chilled:	Heat in a microwave for about 2 minutes at 700W.
		Fry in an oil pan with stirring for 2 minutes.
	frozen:	Heat in a microwave for about 3 minutes at 700W.
		Fry in an oil pan for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Goody Foody vegan MINCE. Vegan lightly seasoned mince made from soya proteín. Deep frozen product.

Ingredients: rehydrated textured soya protein 95% (water, soya flour, roasted baiiey malt extract), saya sauce (water, fermented soya bean fermented wheat, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, vinegar, colour Caramel, thickener Xanthan Gum, flavouring), yeast extract, onion, salt, chilli, black pepper

Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler.
If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

TIP: Finish preparing favourite dish as required, add spices, herbs or soya sauce. Prepare meals such as fricadelles burgers, balls, lasagna, risotto, spaghetti Bolognese, stuffea 1 peppers with tamata sauce.
