ROASTING
Roast or steam together with fresh vegetables and serve on top of vegetable plates
Maximum 2 minutes
Can be shaped into meatballs, pancakes or burgers
FILLING AND BAKING
Cook or fry in oil along with vegetables
Cooking time from 45 seconds to 1 minute
Add fried or unprepared to any product and bake
COOKING AND SAUCES
Roast or cook with vegetables as a meat substitute
Maximum 5 minutes
Can be added to soups and sauces
BAKING
Raw or lightly fried to be used as a filling for pasta or pastry
Depends on the cooking time of the other ingredients
Can be used by itself or as a side dish with roasted vegetables
Basic instructions for preparation chilled: Heat in a microwave for about 2 minutes at 700W.
Fry in an oil pan with stirring for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: rehydrated textured soy protein 95% (water, soy flour, roasted barley malt extract), soy sauce (water, fermented soybeans, fermented wheat, glucose-fructose syrup, edible salt, vinegar, caramel dye, thickener x) , yeast extract, onion, table salt, chili pepper, black pepper

Store at a temperature from + 2°C to + 6°C. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

TIP: We recommend to season the spices with us, herbs, soy sauce according to the type of recipe.
